ABOUT UUM

Universiti Utara Malaysia is a catalyst for regional growth in Malaysia. The University Campus is located at Sintok, 48 km North Alor Setar, state capital of Kedah Darul Aman . The Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), the RM 580 million campus was established on 15 September 1990 for the pursuit and development of management education focusing on Management, Accountancy, Economics, Information Technology, Tourism Management, Public Management, Education Management and International Affairs Management. As full boarding university, it comprises 15 residential colleges, which is able to accommodate 20,000 students. Recent accomplishments include the accordance of the MSC status, the first Public University and also the first that is located outside the Multimedia Super Corridor, to be bestowed this honor and ISO 9002 Certification, another milestone in UUM's journey towards becoming a world class institution.

MTC / UUM GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP

Under the partnership signed between
Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM)
& MTC Management Centrex (MTC).

MTC is appointed the exclusive partner for UUM in Malaysia and Internationally. With this recent appointment as Global partner with UUM, MTC is authorized to identify and appoint MTC affiliate colleges and campuses to initiate such commercially driven business arrangement where Universities Tara Malaysia - MBA and MBA Specialization program be taught.
