The Graduate School was established on 1st April 1991 in accordance with the University mandate to provide the leadership role in management education in the country. All the academic programmes such as the MBA are offered in-campus and a few selected programmes are offered off-campus in collaboration with educational base organizations such as:

OBJECTIVES OF THE GRADUATE SCHOOL

  • To support the training and development of knowledge workers.
  • To develop and offer postgraduate programs focusing on the leading economic and business sectors.
  • To ensure programs are linked with the current and future best business practices.
  • To provide continuing education at the graduate levels so as to accelerate development and enhance the quality of management skills in the country.
  • To enhance UUM participation in the global market for postgraduate business education.

The UUM/MBA program comprises of units selected from five inter-dependent courses as follows:

The minimum requirement to complete the courses is 42 credit .


DURATION OF STUDY

  • A total of twelve (12) semesters will be required to complete the MBA Programme.
  • Each semester has duration of two (2) months.
  • One (1) subject will be offered in each semester.
